About Holly Dencklau

Holly Dencklau is a REALTOR® with Long Realty Company, proudly serving Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Vail, and surrounding Southern Arizona communities. Since becoming licensed in December 2021, Holly has been committed to helping buyers and sellers make informed real estate decisions while delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

As a dedicated real estate professional, Holly brings the connections, tools, and expertise needed to help clients successfully navigate today's market. She specializes in working with first-time home buyers, buyers and sellers at all stages of life, and individuals relocating to Arizona from out of state. Holly holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation and the At Home With Diversity® certification, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and serving clients from all backgrounds.

Before entering real estate, Holly spent 24 years in retail store management and 6 years managing a veterinary hospital. These experiences provided extensive training in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and relationship building—skills that are invaluable when negotiating contracts, managing complex transactions, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Originally from the Midwest, Holly relocated to Tucson in 1989 and quickly fell in love with Southern Arizona's sunshine, natural beauty, and welcoming communities. She married her Tucson-native husband in 1996, and together they have raised a son and twin daughters while sharing their home with a variety of unusual pets. Her long-time connection to the area gives her valuable insight into the local market and the unique lifestyle Tucson has to offer.

What Holly enjoys most about real estate is guiding people through some of life’s most important transitions. Whether helping first-time home buyers find the right place to call home or assisting sellers as they move confidently into their next chapter, she is committed to making each experience as positive and stress-free as possible. Known for her responsiveness, clear communication, and client-first approach, Holly takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing trusted guidance every step of the way.
