Holly Dencklau is by far the BEST realtor in Tucson!! (maybe anywhere?). My husband and I had been looking for a house for about 4.5 years and worked with 2 agents. We started looking for a house pre-covid, when the market was GREAT for buying a house (we didn't know this then, of course), but just couldn't find the right one. Fast forward several years, we meet Holly at an open house. We immediately clicked with her because she is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy to talk to, and incredibly supportive. Her communication was so flawless. We worked with her for just about 1 year before finding the home of our dreams. During that time, she was never pushy, consistently pleasant and just wonderful. She would reach out and check in, but never made us feel like we were wasting her time. When we found the home we thought would be ours, she encouraged us to sleep on it to make sure, knowing it was a huge decision. It WAS our home. She helped us put in the initial offer and ultimately got us the house for a substantially lower cost than asking price (which is AMAZING because the market has been insane and not friendly to buyers). She went above and beyond from start to finish. She scheduled all the inspections for us (including 3 roof inspections, 2 sewer scopes, and the home inspection) and was the contact person for them. I was working so much and was unable to meet with her or the inspectors and she gracefully took the lead. In fact - she was super flexible too! Meeting at any time that was convenient for us. She is such a great person, that you TRUST her. And because she's so pleasant (and smart and good at her job), OTHER people like her too! Which means she has great relationships with local companies, realtors, services etc. and helps ensure you get the best deal/quality. I cannot recommend Holly enough. She is so patient and thorough. Never pushy. Answers all your questions and helps explain things. Great to talk with on the phone, to text with, or to exchange emails with. Just a pleasure to work with. She understands the huge investment a house is, and makes you feel good about whatever decision you make. We adored working with Holly and know she is the BEST of the BEST. Thanks for helping us on our home-owning journey :) We are so lucky to have met you!!! (and she got me the nicest plant for our new home because she new home much I love plants!)

Before entering real estate, Holly spent 24 years in retail store management and 6 years managing a veterinary hospital. Originally from the Midwest, Holly relocated to Tucson in 1989 and quickly fell in love with Southern Arizona's sunshine, natural beauty, and welcoming communities. She married her Tucson-native husband in 1996, and together they have raised a son and twin daughters while sharing their home with a variety of unusual pets. Her long-time connection to the area gives her valuable insight into the local market and the unique lifestyle Tucson has to offer.
